Rates shown are accurate at the time of publishing and are subject to limited availability. Rates may vary based on the actual date of travel, class of service, and hotel or room categories.

Rates may vary for travel during holiday and peak periods. Minimum stay restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Air-inclusive rates include Airline Ticket Excise Tax, which was in effect at the time of printing.

Single, triple and quad rates may be available upon request. Air-inclusive family package rates are also available for children accompanied by an adult.

NOT INCLUDED: Gratuities, meals (unless otherwise noted), rollaway and/or crib charges, porter age, and guest incidentals at hotel.

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS: Payment prices may vary due to airfare, hotel, and supplier restrictions. Full payment may be required earlier depending on these restrictions. However, general policies are outlined as follows:

46 Days or more
$150 per person deposit, plus cost of TPP, to be advised within 48 hours; balance to be advised 40 days prior to departure.

31-45 Days
Full payment to be advised within 48 hours

30 Days or less
Full payment is due at time of booking.

* Reservations booked within 14 days, payment must be made with a credit card at time of booking.

IN ALL CASES, PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN ADVISED.

DOCUMENTS: Documents will be released 30 days prior to travel upon receipt of full payment. If reservations incur scheduling changes, name changes, or revisions, the original set of documents must be returned to the Operator before a new set of documents is released.

REVISIONS: A $30 revision fee is assessed for any change made once payment has been received in low season. During high season fee is $60. If new tickets are needed, the original tickets must be received in our office before the new ones will be issued. There is a $70 fee for lost tickets.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: If cancellations are received 30 to 45 days prior to departure – $100/person (plus applicable supplier fees), 8 to 29 days prior to departure to $150/person (plus applicable suppler fees), 0 – 7 days prior to departure full forfeiture cancellation charge plus all charges and expenses relating to cancellation penalties by suppliers.

Telephone notification of cancellation must be received prior to departure from point of origin. Written requests for refunds on cancellations and all travel documents must be received by Customer Relations within 30 days of cancellation.

Failure to follow these requirements will result in waiver of rights to cancellation refunds. Unused or partially used tour features and components are non-refundable. Refunds for air tickets are subject to the rules and regulations of the fare type purchased. Cuba Travel Corporation rates vary per destination and provide a waiver for the above penalties. Unused features or components are non-refundable.

NO SHOWS: Entire payment is forfeited.

MAPS AND PHOTOS: Any maps featured on this internet site are designed to show the approximate location of the resort areas. Maps are not drawn to scale. Photos used are the most recent photos on file, but may not reflect recent changes in the condition of the property shown.

MONEY PLUS GUARANTEE: Guarantees that if any tangible component of any package is not delivered as promised (except under circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the tour operator), we will refund the value of the undelivered component plus issue a travel credit of equal or greater value which may be used for future packages, provided proper documentation of the claim is received within 30 days after completion of your vacation.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES; WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR USAGE OF TRADE. WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF YOUR VACATION.

RESPONSIBILITY: Packages are operated by Cuba Travel Corporation (the «Operator»). Cuba Travel Corporation packages and operates these packages solely as an independent contractor and not as an agent, employee, partner, or joint venture of any airline.

Cuba Travel Corporation is not liable for any claim of any nature arising out of or in connection with air or other transportation, services, or other features, performed or occurring in connection with any tour, other than as provided in the contract of carriage governing AeroCaribe and Cubana airlines provision of air transportation in conjunction with these vacation packages.

The tour services described in this brochure, including without limitation transportation, lodging, and sightseeing, are provided by carriers, hoteliers, and other suppliers that are independent contractors and not the agents, employees, partners, or joint ventures of the Operator or AeroCaribe and Cubana airlines.

The Operator issues tickets, vouchers and other travel documents for such services merely as an agent for the companies that furnish such services. Such tickets, vouchers, and other travel documents are subject to all terms and conditions of the respective suppliers (some of which may limit or exclude the supplier’s liability).

The Operator is not responsible for typographical and/or printing errors. Neither the Operator nor AeroCaribe and Cubana airlines, nor any subagent of either of them, shall be responsible for any loss of or damage to property or death or injury to person, resulting from any act or omission of any supplier providing any tour service or any other person or entity or caused by strike, war, weather, quarantine, sickness, government restriction or regulation, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.

The tour participant expressly waives all rights which he or she may have against the Operator in connection with the foregoing. These terms and conditions are governed by Mexican law. Under no circumstances is the Operator to be construed as a carrier under contract for safe carriage of the passengers or his or her baggage and belongings.

Travel Protection Plan
No matter what your reason for cancellation, our Travel Protection Plan can save you from paying unnecessary (and sometimes very expensive) cancellation fees.

Our Travel Protection Plan allows you to cancel for any reason – poor weather conditions, illness, even a sudden change of plans prior to departure – with the guarantee of a full refund of the package price (excluding the cost of the policy and some non-refundable fees).

Certain limited medical coverage and additional benefits are also included. Prices may be higher during holiday periods, special events, or with restricted or non-refundable components.
