Cuba Travel Fair

The Cuba Travel Fair will be held on first week of May. The conference will provide a detailed picture of Cuban tourism and bring you up to date on future plans. It will be an ideal setting for networking with other experts from Europe and America .

There will be a presentation about Jardines del Rey as a tourist destination. There will be a special focus on the promotion of Cuban Cultural Tourism in all its artistic manifestations including a wide variety of cultural events to be held in Cuba .

The guest country of this year convention is the United Kingdom .
Another attractive feature of the convention will be the granting of awards and acknowledgements, recognizing years of work to the Cuban Tourist Industry by different international organizations and institutions. Programs with special rates will be offered by the Tourism Convention Cuba 2004 to allow travel agents and tour operators to get to know Cuba better.

Registration Fee: Participants : 100.00 USD
Participants staying at the hotels hosting the event and representatives of travel agencies officially accredited in Cuba will enjoy a 50% (USD) discount. Those who register before March 30 will receive 15% discount off their final accreditation fee.

. Interior areas for meeting rooms: $90.00 per m².
. Exterior areas for sales. $50.00 per m².

Equipment and furniture rental for the meeting rooms may be requested on the rental form and additional fees will be charged. Entities that rent space in the meeting rooms will be provided with full-time and/or daily invitations for their service personnel. For the Plenary Salon charges are for de ‘Oficial de Sala’, technical equipment solicited by the client and/or for the services of simultaneous translation.
