Preliminary schedule

Please note that the preliminary schedule of events and program will be released in September, while the final program and the performances several weeks before the departure. Breakfast is included and is  offered every morning in your hotel from 7 A.M. to 10 A.M. The bus will pick you  up from the hotel an hour before the scheduled concerts and return you to the hotel after the end of the performance.)

Day 1:Monday, December 9

You will be met at the airport by the VCC representative as  well as a Cuban English-speaking guide who will accompany you to your hotel. Look for the VCC  Jazz Logo once you clear customs.

Transfer in private air-conditioned modern bus to your hotel. Check-in

Day 2:Tuesday, December 10

A.M. Information meeting at your hotel with the VCC  representative who will also accompany you to the jazz headquarters for the official registration in the jazz festival and the picking up your credentials  and badge for full participation in the Festival, all of which is included.

P.M. Optional excursions such as a City Tour, the beach or just a walking visit.

Day 3:Wednesday, December 11

Opening Concert in Teatro Nacional and jazz festival activities.

Day 4:Thursday, December 12

Concerts, jazz clubs and jam sessions

Day 5:Friday, December 13

Concerts, jazz clubs and jam sessions

Day 6:Saturday, December 14

Concerts, jazz clubs and jam sessions

Day 7:Sunday, December 15

Concerts, jazz clubs and jam sessions. Closing Concert in Teatro Nacional

Day 8:Monday, December 16

A.M. – Free for shopping

P.M. – Check out and transfer to the airport. Departure for  your city.
